Analysis of Influence of Insulating Resin Paint Film on Enameled Wire Properties Based on Molecular Simulation

As one of the varieties magnet wire, enameled wire has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, ageing dimensional stability and chemical stability. This is keys affecting development electrical industry, especially new motors. Different insulating varnishes have advantages disadvantages, in addition to their general properties. In order improve service life reliability coil motor, it necessary select appropriate reasonably according different purposes. Molecular simulation technology can play a guiding role relationship between molecular structure properties resins, help understand microscopic mechanism, shorten experimental period, efficiency save costs. this paper, based on density functional theory (DFT) dynamics (MD), four polyamide–imide (PAI), polyester (PET), polyesterimide (PEI), polyimide (PI), were studied. We also studied influence mechanism resin microstructure macroscopic wires, including adhesion, flexibility.
